At the start if every new membership year, there is an option to pay for your membership quarterly if you are unable to meet the annual commitment in one go. Please note that this only applies to the full membership and this must be paid by direct debit, however, no direct debit discount is applied for this method. 4 equal payments will be taken every quarter and you will be asked to sign a contract committing you to 12 months membership.

If every household in your road joins, you will all receive a 20% discount off of your annual membership.

If you live in a block of flats and everyone is a member and you pay centrally through your service charge, you will all receive a 50% discount off of your membership.

If your property is vacant (other than for holidays), we offer a 25% discount. This will be a 3 month rolling contract and must be paid by direct debit. No direct debit discount is applied for this method.
