• Ensure that the site is safe for the Company’s personnel.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

5. Company Obligations
The Company shall:
• Provide Services in a professional and efficient manner.
• Ensure that its personnel are properly trained and licensed.
• Maintain appropriate insurance coverage.

6. Payment Terms
• Fees for the Services shall be as specified in the Agreement.
• Payment is due within 30 days of the date of the invoice.
• Late payments may incur interest at the rate specified in the Agreement.

7. Confidentiality
• Both parties agree to keep confidential all information obtained in the course of the Agreement.
• The Company shall not disclose the Client's information to any third party without the Client's prior written consent, except as required by law.

8. Data Protection
• The Company is committed to protecting the privacy and security of the Client's personal data.
• Personal data will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
• The Company will use the Client’s data solely for the purpose of providing Services and will not share this data with third parties without the Client’s explicit consent, unless required by law.

9. Liability
• The Company shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss or damage.
• The Company's total liability for any claim arising out of or in connection with the Services shall be limited to the amount of fees paid by the Client for the Services.

10. Termination
• Either party may terminate the Agreement by giving 30 days' written notice to the other party.
• The Company may terminate the Agreement immediately if the Client breaches any of its obligations under these terms and conditions.

11. Force Majeure
• The Company shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations under the Agreement due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, and strikes.

12. Governing Law
• These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
• Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

13. Amendments
• The Company reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any such amendments will be notified to the Client in writing.
